Tracks - Album Release

Blue Mammoth - tracks 1 - 4

1- I – Overture – The Awakening of a Giant (3:15) – The album begins with a instrumental symphonic introduction which turns into an vibrant hard rock moog melody. This piece represents a heavy and slow rebirth of the Great Giant, turning into a free and vivid gallop.

2- II – The King of Power (6:30) – Although conceptually connected, each of the four pieces of this suite has themes on their own, which makes then easily listened independently. This powerful hard rock song tells the story of the Blue Mammoth in his return from the depths of ice. As seen at several points at the album, this track delivers colorful harmonies weighted by thundering guitars, with a cut-through guitar solo. You can hear the full song on our home page youtube links .

3- III – Winter Winds (4:23) – Simple strophe-chorus song, whose delicate strength resides on the deep feelings unfolded in the lyrics, ending up with an unexpected piano solo.

4- IV – Coda – Back Again (1:28) – The last piece of the whole story is a recall of the overture’s theme with symphonic features, in a magnificent but enigmatic finale.

5- Metamorphosis (5:32) – A good-and-straight guitar-riff-driven hard rock song at first sight, the middle section of this one presents one of our favorites instrumental parts of the album. In this section, after a contrasting fall into a baroque moog melody, it grows harder little by little in an interesting harmonic construction, until its culminating coming back to the hard theme. A great moment in the album.

The Rain of Changes - A Poet Spirit Voyage - tracks 6 - 8

6- I – Growin’ (8:08) – The longest piece of the album and perhaps the most captivating. Very melodically emotional, this track features great guitar melodies, graciously nourished by piano harmonies, with an epic moog solo. Enjoy it! You can hear the full song on our home page youtube links .

7- II – Who We Are (5:21) – Ballad song with a remarkable and lyric piano theme, presenting a symphonic middle section with a majestic strings arrangement. Beautiful harmonies, melodic vocal parts and thoughtful lyrics. You can hear the full song on our home page youtube links .

8- III – The Sun’s Face Through Dark Clouds (3:50) – Representing the dawn of a new day after cloudy times, this great hard rock song begins with a four-voice fugato introduction of the main theme. The choruses capture the greatness evocated by the lyrics. Featuring a moog solo and an unexpected finish, this three-piece story ends up in a good vibe.

9- Same Old Sad Tale (5:20) – With reflexive lyrics about war sufferings, the music slowly gets stronger through harmony and emotional changes, until an explosion at the first chorus. A hard rock grip leads to a simple but imaginative middle section. A great harmonic trip leads the song to the end.

Quixote's Dream - tracks 10 - 12

10- I – Farewell my Lady (1:19) – A middle-age mixed with some regional ethnic vibes opens this third suite, with acoustic colors of guitars and percussion. A bucolic atmosphere of a small village is created.

11- II – Hero (6:58) – An epic song beautifully architected with contrasting sections, alternating acoustic moments with hard passages, representing poetically the braveness and melancholy of the Known character. It features a breathtaking ending guitar solo, closely supported by exciting vocal arrangements. Undoubtedly, a highlight moment of the album’s journey.

12- III – Solitude (0:53) – The Sad End of a DreamerA small piece for two flutes, clavichord and cello delicately representing the lonely end of our naïve hero.

13- Resurrection Day (5:32) – A dense ballad song, with deep lyrics, beautiful melodies and harmonies in good instrumental moments, such as the melodic guitar solo. You can hear the full song on our home page youtube links .

14 – Infinite Strangers (5:09) – This song closes the album with easy-listening melodies distributed in somewhat intricate arrangements. Passing through hard parts and a folk-resembling chorus, the final apotheosis is reached with symphonic kettledrums feelings at the end. The quite shadowy lyrics end up with the perfect sentence:” When will we meet again?”
